As the road from Alba winds up toward the crests of Sinio, the Langhe landscape reveals its wildest and most authentic side. It is here, suspended over a natural amphitheater of rare beauty, that Tenuta Bricchi stands: a charming hospitality project and a farmhouse that merges into nature.
The history of Tenuta Bricchi is a tale of rediscovered roots. Sara and Danilo have chosen to breathe new life into an old 19th-century farmhouse, transforming it into a refuge where guests can indulge in slow living and rediscover the luxury of their own time.
Located between Serralunga d’Alba and Grinzane Cavour, overlooking the splendid panorama of the Langhe del Barolo, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the beating heart of Italy’s great red wines, the Estate, inaugurated in 2015, is a place where the magnificence of nature and the rhythm of the seasons blend together in a regenerating and extraordinary atmosphere.

Everything is here, in the Langhe: the sun, the clouds, the vines, the villages, the rivers, the rhythm of the seasons, the colors, the hands of the people.

Architecture: A Dialogue Between Stone and Light
The restyling was personally overseen by Sara and Danilo and pays homage to the property’s rural past while infusing it with a cosmopolitan soul. The original Langa stone was stripped back, allowing the irregularities of the walls to speak of centuries of rural life.
• Materials: A material encounter between raw iron, oak, and concrete embraces the ancient stone. The large windows are conceived as “living frames” that capture the changing colors of the exterior, transforming the vineyards into dynamic works of art.
• Design: Each object is steeped in history and was discovered at antique markets, national fairs such as Mercante in Fiera di Parma, and antique shops, or salvaged from items already present on the farm, celebrating the excellence of Piedmontese craftsmanship.

Suites: Sanctuaries of Sensory Quiet
Tenuta Bricchi’s five suites are conceived as “sensory nests” where design becomes tactile: raw linen, organic cotton, and warm floors welcome guests in a silent embrace.
The bathrooms, like small private spas, invite total abandon, while technology—discreet and invisible—guarantees maximum comfort without compromising the minimalist aesthetic.

Kitchen and Cellar: The Soul of the Earth
Tenuta Bricchi is, first and foremost, a farm: 18 hectares of hillsides that express a deep love for the land where wine grapes—Dolcetto d’Alba, Barbera d’Alba, and Nebbiolo for Barolo—are produced, along with Langhe PGI hazelnuts, fruit, and vegetables.
• The Breakfast Ritual: An artisanal tribute to seasonality. From Tonda Gentile hazelnuts to Langhe cheeses, every product is either home-grown or the result of meticulous research among small local producers.
• The Wine Experience: at any time, there’s always the opportunity to taste a wide selection of local wines, including the great Piedmontese reds.

Wellness and Beyond: The Pool with a View
For moments of relaxation, the estate offers an indoor pool with sauna, open year-round. Featuring a whirlpool and counter-current swimming, it is a refuge warmed by the warmth of the fireplace, perfect for contemplating the vineyards even in the winter months.
Every corner of the estate invites you to slow down, rediscover your rhythm, and savor the tranquility: from the panoramic terraces to the pergolas, from the library to the relaxation areas.

The Secret
Danilo has personally brought many of the home’s objects and accessories back to life, such as the copper sink in the Giardino room’s bathroom, crafted from an old pot, and the four-poster bed and bathroom vanity made from a stone found on the property, both of which are present in the Infinito room. Sara, on the other hand, is the mastermind behind the spaces: she conceived and designed them herself, playing with the furnishings and accessories.
